Calenda'r No~. 609 1 2 3 . 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 The Mayor and Council of the City of RiVerside do ordain as follows: Section 1: SubsectiOn B of paragraph (a) of SectiOn 2 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding thereto one paragraph which reads as followS: "AlSo a portion of SectiOn 34, TownShip 2 SOUth, Range 5 West, S.B.B.& M~, sitUated on the east~riy ~ide of Magnolia AVen~e, Southeriyof and adjacent to the UnionPacific Railrba~, particularly described as £oilow~: Beginning at the inter~ectio~ of th~ easterly li~e of Magnolia Avenue with the southerly i~ne of the Union Paoific Railroad right cC wa~$ thence ~ast along the southerly line of 'right of Way, 1~6 feet, thence Southerly i~5.2 fe~t; thence westerly 226.94 feet to the easterly line of Magnolia Avenue; thence northerly along the easterly 14 line Of Magnolia Avenue to the point of beginning." 15 Section 2: Subsection E of paragraph (a) of Section 2 16 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 17 thereto one paragraph, which reads as follows: 18 "Excepting therefrom a portion of section 54, Township 2 SOuth, Range ~ West, S. B. B. & M.,~situated on the ~ ~9 easterly side of Magnolia Avenue, southerly of and ~adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad, particularly 20 described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Magnolia Avenue with the southerly 21 line of the Union Paciflo Railroad right of way; thence east along the southerly line of right of way, 166 feet; 22 thence southerly 115,2 feet; thence westerly 226,94 feet to the easterly line of Magnolia Avenue; thence 23 \ northerly along the easterly line of Magnolia Avenue to the point of beginning." 24 25 Section 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption 26 of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted on the 27 bulletin board at the City Hall in said City. 28 I, G.
