E 0F~PARAGRA~H (a) 0~ S~CTi0N ~ 0~ 0~D~N~NCE NO. 6i6 5 The Mayor and Council Of the CitY of Riverside do ordain 6 as foi~ows: 7 Section 1: SubSection D of paragraph (a) of Section 2 S of Ordinance No. 616 (i~ew Series) is hereby amended by addihg 9 thereto one paragraph which reads as follows: lO "Also L~t 27~. of 0verlbok Ridge Tract, asper Map of record i~.B~k4, Page 97, RecOrds of RiverSide 11 c0unty~ Califorflia~ and the easterly 150 fe~t of. Lot 39 in Blo~k 2, Of Fai~mount Heights Tract, as per map of re~O~d in BOok 1~ Pages 46 and ~7, Records of River~ide County~ California, situated lB on the westerly side of Market Street, southerly of and adjoining Ridge Road." i5 SeCtion 2: Subsection E of paragraph.(a) of Section 2 16 of Ordinance No~ 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 17 thereto one paragraph which reads as follows: 18 "Excepting ~erefrom Lot 27, of Overlook Ridge Tract, as per Map of record in Book 4, Page 97, Records of 19 RiVerside County, California, and the easterly 150 feet of Lot 3, in Bl~ck 2, of Fairmount Heights 20 Tract, as per map of record in Book 1, Pages 46 and 47~ ReCords of Riverside County~ California, 2! situated on the westerly side of Market Street, southerly of and adjoining Ridge Road." 22 23 Section 3: Subsection B-2 of paragraph (a) of Section 2 24 of Ordinance No. 616 (New Series) is hereby amended by adding 25 thereto one paragraph which reads as follows: 26 "Also Lots 13 and 14, of Lett~s Subdivision, as per Map of record in Book S, Page 95, Records of San Bernardino County~ California, situated on the easterly side of Market Street, southerly of and adjoining Houghton Avenue."
