"Section 24: BUILDING. LINES ON. VICTORIA AVENUe_, MAGNOLIA AVENUE~ ARLINGTON.AVENUE~.~ C~TRAL AVENUE, BROCKTON.AVENUE~ SOUTH BROCKTON.~AVE~UE~ LA CADENA DRIVE~ High STREET, FOURTEENTH STHEET~ AND EIGHTH STREET ~ 12 13 15 10 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 80 Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding and except as provided in Section 14 hereof, the follow- ing special setback building lines are hereby establ~§hed and no building or strUcture or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, altered or maintained less than one hundred (100) feet from any street line of Victoria Avenue as said Avenue exists between Vtcto~ia Bridge on the North line of Section 35, Township two (2) South, Range Five (5) West, S.B.B. & M., and Van Buren Street, or less than forty (40) feet from anys freer line of said ViCtoria Avenue between Van Bu~en Street and the westerly city limits; pr less than sixty (60) feet from any street line of Magnolia Avenue as said Avenue exists Southerly from Arlington Avenue; or less than seventy- five (75) feet from the center lihe of Arlington Avenue, excepting Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9 of E1 Padre Rancho Sub- division, as recorded in Book 9 of Maps, page 72, Riverside County, California, which shall be not less than a forty-five (45) foot setback from the center line of said Arlington Avenue; or less than seventy- five (75) feet from the center line of Central Avenue; or less than thirty (30) feet from any street line of Brockton Avenue between Fourteenth Street and Jurupa Avenue; or less than sixty-five (65) feet from the center line of the present paved roadway of South Brockton Avenue as said Avenue and roadway exists between - Jurupa AvGnue and New Magnolia Avenue; or less than thirty (30) feet from the Westerly line of La Oadena Drive as said drive exists between the Northerly line of First Street and the Northerly C~ty Limits; or less than fifty-five (55) feet from the center line of High Street, on either side of said street, between Eighth St~eet.~nd Pennsylvania Avenue; or less than thirty-~eight (38) feet from the center line of Fourteenth Street between WalnUt Street and Cedar Street, on the Northe~y side of Fourteenth Street only; or less than fifteen (15) feet from the Property line of Eighth Street, on eithbr side of said Street, between Comer Avenue and Chicago AvenUe." 32 Section 2: Ordinance Noo 1429 is hereby repealed.
