Calen'daP Nco ~S1 5 The Mayor and Council of the City of RiVerside do ordain 6 as follows: 7 SectiOn 1: SUbsection B-8of paragraph (a) of Section 2 S of Ordinahee No. 616 (New Series) is hereby a~nded by adding 9 thereto one paragraph reading as follows~ "Ail 'of Lots 4, 5, 14, 15; also Lots 22,.23, and 24, of Nelson square, as recorded in BoOk 1~ of MaPs, Ii Page ~0,. Rivehside CoUnty, California, si~lated on the south side Of Nelson Street, between Magnolia 12 Avenue and Brockton Avenue." Section 2: Subsections D-2 and E of paragraph (a) of ~% Section 2 of Ordinance No° 616 (New Series) is hereby amended ~6 by excepting therefrom the following described property: 16 17 18 "Ail of Lots 4, 5, 14, 15; also Lots 22, 23, and 24, .of Nelson Square, as recorded in Book 14 of Maps, Page 40, Riversid~ County~ California, situated on the south Side of Nelson street, between Magnolia Avenue and Brockton Avenue." 19 Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption 20 of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted on the 21 bulletin board at the City Hall in said City. 22 23 I, W.
