The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from Zone R-1-65, Single-Family Residential Zone, and placing in Zone RO-S-1-X, Restricted Office with Height of Build- ings and Yards Combining Zone with a 25-foot setback from all interior property lines, the land described as follows: That certain real property, situated in the City of Riverside, State of California, described as follows: Fractional Lot 7 in Block 6 of Lands of Riverside Land and Irrigating Co., as shown by map recorded in Book 1, Page 70 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County. Excepting therefrom the Westerly 307.56 feet, measured at right angles to the Southwesterly line of said lot, also excepting therefrom any portion in public roads. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption. ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk this 13th day of March, 1984.
