Zoning <br />Case <br />R-65-790 <br /> <br />1/19/S4 <br />JW/jm <br /> <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 I~ <br />26 <br /> <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 28 <br /> <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5157 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />~GENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RI\GRSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY RE ZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE <br />C-2-X. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from Zone R-t-65, Single Family Residential <br />Zone, and placing in Zone C-2-X, Restricted Commercial and Yards <br />Combining Zone with a 20-foot setback from the northwesterly <br />property line, the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> In the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, <br /> State of California, the land described as follows: <br /> Lot nine (9) in Magnolia Boulevard Acres, as <br /> shown by Map on file in Book 13, page 72, of Maps, <br /> records of Riverside County, California. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City'Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br />Charter of the City of Riverside.
