The 0ity CoUncil of the City of Riverside d6es ordain as follows~ Sect'ion~. 1: Section 4 of Ordinance No.' 2q38, and the Of- ficial zoning ~p which'is a part thereof, are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone R-O,, Restricted office Zone, the land described as follows: Beginning at a point on'the southerly line of Eighth Street, 80 feet Westerly from the northeasterly corner of Block 8, Range ll of the Town of Riverside, as shown by map on file in Book 7, pag& 17 of Maps, San BePnardino County Records; Thence southerly, parallel with the west- erly line of Walnut Street, 98 feet; ~%ence at a right angle westerly, parallel with the southerly line of Eighth Street, 50 feet; Thence at a right angle northerly, parallel with the westerly line'of Walnut Street, 98 feet to the southerly line of Eighth Street; Thence easterly along the souSherly line of Eighth Street 50 feet to the point of beginning. (b) By removing from Zone R-3, MultiPle Family Residential Zone, the~land described in'subsection (a) above. Section~ 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Riverside -News' This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
