'2773 AN ORDIN~N~.'i ~F ?~HE oi~f ~F:'RIvERSiD~, CAD][- FORNiA'~ AMEI~D~N0 ~SF-'CTION ~':':OF 0RbiNANCE NOd 2/138 BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE 0 TO ZONE The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as fOllows: Section' 1':' Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2~38, and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof, are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone R-1-65, Single Family Residential Zone, the land described as follows: That portion of Lot 9, Block 25 of the Village of Arlington Subdivision, Map Book 1, page 62, Records of San Bernardino County,Oalifornia, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line'of said Lot, 652 feet southerly from the most northerly corner of said Lot 9; Thence southwesterly at4right angles with said northeasterly line 330. 5 feet to the south- westerly line of.said Lot; Thence southeasterly along said southwesterly line 263.6~ feet; Thence northeasterly at right angles 330.~5 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot; 'Thence along said northeasterly line of said Lot 9, 263.6~ feet to the point Of beginning. Containing 2 acres, more or less. (b) By removing from Zone O, Official Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. Section 2~ The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and Cause it to be published once in the Ma~no~lia Cente~ 'News · This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
