4 § ? ~4 15 ~4 ~6 £? low~: TO THE CITY 01~ }{IV~8IDE~ 'The City 0oUn0ii o£ the.O~y of RiverSide does ordain as roi- WHEREA~) on the i9th day of JUly, 1960, the 0itY Council of the 0ity of ~ivers{de did pass aha adopt ResOlU~ibh No. 8933 giving hb~ce of the propOsal to annex certain uninhabited terri- tory to the Oity Of RiveP~ide, said terPitory being therein designated as'"RivePside Annexation No.i3", said ResoiUtion describ- ing the b0Onda~ies of the territory Proposed ~o be annexed; and, WHEREAs, sa~d Resolution NO. 8933 did Contain a notice of the day, hour and place when and where the City OOunCil o~ the c{ky of Riverside wOUld hear pP0tests made bY any person owning real property within the territory proposed to be annexed, the time of said heaping being not less than forty nor more than sixty d~ys fro~ the date of passage of said ResolUtion; and, WHEREAs, on the 6th day of SePtember, 1960, at the hour of 9~30 o'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers in the city Hall of the City of Riverside, CoUnty of Rivepside~ state of California, said time a~d place being the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 8933 for hearing protests to the said annexation, the said City CoUncil did hear and pass upon all protests made'th the proposed annexation and did determine thab protests had not been made by the owners of one-half of the value of the privately owned territory proposed to be annexed as shown by the last equalized assessment roll, nor by public owners of one-half of the value of the publicly owned territory ProPosed to'be annexed as determined by said legislative body} and WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the Oity of River- side'and is uninhabited terri6ory in the CoUnty of Riverside; -1-
