CiTy oF AMENDIND'SEOTION ~ OF ORDINANOE N0~2~38 BY REZ0N- ING IAND FROM ZONES R-1-65 AND RWY TO ZONE The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section !~ Section ~ of Ordinance No. 2~38, and the 0£- ficial Zoning Map which is a part thereof, are amended as follows~ (a) By placing in Zone R-B, Multiple Family Residential Zone, the land described as follows: Parcel 1: That portion of Lot 213 of the Lands of ~he Southern California Colony Association, as shown by map on file in Book 7, page ~ of Maps, San Be~nardino county Records, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot, 183 feet northwesterly from the most easterly corner of said Lot; Thence northwesterly, on the northerly lin~ of said Lot, PO1 feet to a point on the southerly line of the parcel conveyed to the City of Riverside by deed recorded April 30, 1891 inBook 1~9, page 3~P of Deeds, San Berna~dino County Records, now known as 01ivewood Avenue; Thence southerly, following the southerly and southeasterly line of the said parcel conveyed to the City of Riverside, to the southwesterly line of said Lot; Thence southeasterly, on the southwesterly line of said Lot, 131 feet; Thence northeastePly ~07 feet, more or less, to the pol~n~b,iof beginning. ~EX0~IN~ therefrom that portion in that certain .canal.o~'.water ditch conveyed to Riverside Water 0b~Pa~dk~b'¥~deed recorded August 1~, 1885 in Book ~2, ~a~ ~eg~ ~0~ Deeds, San Bernard;no County Records Parcel .~: That portion-of Lot ~16 of the I~nds of %Th~hern California Colony Association, as shown by map on file in Book ?, page 3 of Maps, San Bernard;no County Records, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the northeasterly line of said lot with the southeasterly line of the parcel conveyed to the Oity of Riverside by deed recorded June 25, 1892, in Book 157, page 203 of Deeds, San Bernard;no County Records, now known as Olivewood Avenue; Thence southwesterly on the southeasterly line of the said parcel conveyed to the 0ity of Riverside, 126 feet to the point of intersection with the north- westerly line of said Lot ~16; -1-
