Section 36.4 of The Code of the City of Riverside, California, 1959, and the official Z6n~ng Map which is a part thereof, are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone "P", Pa~king Zone, the land described as followst That portion of Lot 255 of the lands of the Southern Cal%fo~nia Colony Association, as sho%~n by Map on file in Book ?, page 3 of Maps, San Bernardino County Reqords, described as follows: Co]mmencing On the Northerly line of Jurupa AvenUe, 275 feet Westerly from the intersection thereof with the Easterly line of said Lot 255; Thence North 86° 12~ West on the Northerly line of Jurupa AvenUe, 143.54 feet; Thence North 03° 48' East 353.56 feet, to a point 100 feet Southerly from the Northerly line of said Lot 255; Thence South 87° 21' 20" East 73.52 feet; said point being true point of beginning; Thence North 02° 38~ East 64.42 feet, to the Northerly line of said Lot 255; Thence South 60° 48' 15" East 79.06 feet, to a point which bears North 03° 48! East from the point of co~nencement; Thence South 03° 48~ West 32.42 feet; Thence North 86° 12~ to the true point of beginning. (b) By rem~ing from Zone R-1-65, Single Family Residential Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above.
