"R-3-R" ZONE. <br />SectiOn 36.60.1 Oeneraliy. <br /> <br /> Restricted mUltiple-family residential zones are intended for <br />the development of low-density multiple-family residential StructUres <br />in the form of two-family dwellings, apartment hoUses or detached <br />dwellings where such buildings are spaced on the lot to provide for <br />light, air, safety, privacy and open spaces for family Hse. Except <br />as specifically provided elsewhere in this chapter, any and every <br />new Use and any and every new building and premises on land in an <br />"R-3-R" Zone Shall be used for or occupied and every building shall <br />be erected, constructed, established, altered, enlarged, maintained, <br />moved into or within such "R-3-R" Zone exclusivelY and only in ac- <br />cordance with the regulations set out in this article. <br />Section 36.60.2. Uses Permitted. <br /> <br /> The following uses shall be permitted in a restricted <br />multiple-family residential zone: <br /> <br /> (a) "One-family" dwellings of a permanent character placed <br /> in a permanent location and Of not less than seven <br /> hundred and fifty (750) square feet of floor area, ex- <br /> elusive of open porches and garagel <br /> <br /> (b) "Two-family" dwellings of a permanent character placed- <br /> in a permanent location and of not less than five hundred <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
