(4).. An accessory building in "HA", "Ril"~ "R-2" <br /> or R~3~R~ Zones shall not encroach nearer any street, <br /> in case'of: <br /> <br /> a. An interio~ 10t fronting on on,'street, than <br /> one-half of the lot depth; <br /> <br /> 'b, An interior 10t-f~0nting on two..s~re~s, than <br /> ~ither'Courth of the lot depth; <br /> <br /> c. A corner lq~ abutting two streets, 'than on?- <br /> th{~d of-the lot dePtHs'and one-third of th~' lot width, <br /> <br /> d.
