The City Council of the'City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 36.4 of The Code of the City of River- side, Cali£ornia, 1959, is hereby amended by adding the following zoning classification: "R-3-R" Zone - Restricted MUltiple Family Residential Zone Section 2: Section 36.9 (b) (i) of The Code of the City of Riverside, California, 1959, is hereby amended to read in words and figures as follows: (1) ChurChes, schools, institutions or other similar uses and appurtenant o££-street parking, when permitted in an "RA", "R-i", "R-2"~ "R-3-R", "R-3" or "R0" Zone shall be set back at least twenty feet from every property line and shall not be located within any front yard required in such zone; provided, however, that any interior side or rear yard may be Used for off-street parking purposes. Section 3: Section 36.9 (b) (4) of The Code of the City of Riverside, California, 1959, is hereby amended to read in words and figures as follows: .. (4).. An accessory building in "HA", "Ril"~ "R-2" or R~3~R~ Zones shall not encroach nearer any street, in case'of: a. An interio~ 10t fronting on on,'street, than one-half of the lot depth; 'b, An interior 10t-f~0nting on two..s~re~s, than ~ither'Courth of the lot depth; c. A corner lq~ abutting two streets, 'than on?- th{~d of-the lot dePtHs'and one-third of th~' lot width, d. A corner lot abutting three streets, than one- fourth of the lot depth and one-fourth of the lot width; provided, that such an accessory building'may be located seventy-five feet from every street bounding the block.
