(b) By removing from Zone R-3, Multiple Family Residential Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. section 2: The City Clerk shall Certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Tne Press . This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
