R-25-845 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5388 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE MP. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />5 follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from the Multiple-Family Residential ("R-3") <br /> <br />9 Zone and placing in the Manufacturing Park ("MP") Zone the land <br /> <br />10 described as follows: <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br /> That portion of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 3 South, Range <br />4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the east line of said <br />Section 4, distant thereon South 0° 35' 04" East, 522.09 <br />feet from the northeast corner of said Section 4; <br /> THENCE North 58° 50' 27" West, 294.46 feet to the <br />easterly boundary of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe <br />Railway right of way; <br /> THENCE Southerly and Southeasterly along said <br />easterly boundary to said east line of Section 4; <br /> THENCE along said east line, North 0° 35' 04" West, <br />529.56 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> <br />19 of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br /> <br />20 general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br /> <br />21 C"narter of the City of Riverside.
