1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />R-26-734 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5387 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE RA TO ZONE R-l-80. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from the Residential Agricultural ("RA") <br />Zone and placing in the Single-Family Residential ("R-i-80") <br /> <br />Zone the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> The land situated in the County of Riverside, State <br />of California, described as follows: <br /> That portion of Section 7, Township 3 South, <br />Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of <br />Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, <br />according to the official plat thereof, described as <br />follows: <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of Tract <br />No. 9078-3, as shown by map recorded in Book 93 of Maps, <br />at pages 33 through 34 inclusive, in the Office of the <br />County Recorder of said County, said corner also being <br />on the northeasterly line of that certain parcel of land <br />conveyed to the City of Riverside as Parcel 1 by deed <br />recorded July 11, 1966 as Instrument No. 70742 of <br />Official Records of Riverside County, California; <br /> Thence South 50° 28' 00" East on said northeasterly <br />line, 354.05 feet to the most southerly corner of the <br />land described in the Deed to Aware Development Company, <br />Inc., recorded May 15, 1979 as Instrument No. 98838 of <br />said Official Records; <br /> Thence continuing South 50° 28' 00" East on said <br />northeasterly line of said Parcel 1 and on the <br />northeasterly line of Parcel 2 as conveyed to the City <br />of Riverside as aforesaid, 1,281.86 feet to the <br />beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the west, <br />having a radius of 3,765.70 feet; <br /> Thence southeasterly on said curve, to the right, <br />through a central angle of 00° 21' 32", an arc distance <br />of 23.59 feet to the easterly line of the land described <br />as Parcel 2 of the Deed to Claude Productions, Inc., <br />recorded February 24, 1967 as Instrument No. 15837 of <br />said Official Records. <br /> Thence North 39° 52' 00" East, on said easterly <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
