Bernstrom and wife, by deed <br />filed for record November 18, 1952 as Instrument <br />No. 49087 in Book 1416, Page 576 of Official Records of <br />Riverside County, California; <br /> THENCE North 29° 00' East along the Easterly line <br />of said Parcel conveyed to Clarence G.
