1 2 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 20 21 22 23 25 26 27 ORDINANCE NO. 5371 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 1.12.020 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THE TERRITORY KNOWN AS ANNEXATION NO. 53 (REVISED)--SPRINGBROOK GROVES AND DESIGNATED AS "LAFCO NO. 85-75-5, ANNEXATION NO. 53 TO THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE" TO THE FIRST WARD AS OF MARCH 1, 1986. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 1.12.020 of the Riverside Municipal Code is hereby amended to add all the territory known as Annexation No. 53 (Revised) - Springbrook Groves and designated as "LAFCO No. 85-75-5, Annexation No. 53 to the City of Riverside" to the First Ward, which Section 1.12,020 shall read as follows: "1.12.020 FIRST WARD BOUNDARIES. The boundaries of the first ward shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Palm Avenue with the centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way; Thence north along said centerline of Palm Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Jurupa Avenue; Thence east along the centerline of Jurupa Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Brockton Avenue; Thence northeast along the centerline of Brockton Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Bandini Avenue; Thence southeast along the centerline of Bandini Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Olivewood Avenue; Thence southwest along the centerline of Olivewood Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Jurupa Avenue; Thence east along the prolongation of the center- line of Jurupa Avenue to the centerline of the right-of- way of the Union Pacific Railroad; Thence northeast along said centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad Company right-of-way to its intersec- tion with the centerline of Panorama Drive; Thence southeast along said centerline of Panorama Drive to its intersection with the centerline of State CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALl FORNIA
