(R-107-845) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> <br />amended by removing from the Single Family Residential <br /> <br />("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial, <br /> <br />Two-Story Height of Buildings and Building Setback <br /> <br />("C-2-S-2-X-20") Combining Zones with a 20-foot setback from <br /> <br />residentially zoned property the land described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 <br /> <br /> That portion of Lots 3 and 6 of Block 36 of the <br />Lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company, as <br />shown by map on file in Book 1, page 70 of Maps, San <br />Bernardino County Records, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of <br />said Lot 3, 208 feet, from the most Northerly corner of <br />said Lot 3; <br /> Thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of <br />said Lots 3 and 6, 500.62 feet; <br /> Thence Southwesterly, parallel with the <br />Northwesterly line of said Lot 6, 660.36 feet, to a <br />point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 6; <br /> Thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of <br />said Lots 6 and 3, 708.52 feet; to the most Westerly <br />corner of said Lot 3; <br /> Thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of <br />said Lot 3, 508.2 feet; <br />Thence Southeasterly, parallel with the <br />Northeasterly line of said Lot 3, 208.00 feet; <br /> Thence Northeasterly, parallel with the <br />Northwesterly line of said Lot 3, 152.00 feet, to the <br />point of beginning; <br /> EXCEPTING therefrom that portion described as <br />follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RI V E RSI DE <br /> CALl FORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
