1 4 § ? 8 9 10 ll 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 50 0RDINANOE NO. 3627 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, MAKING ITS FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 10429 ; RESERVING EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE RESERVATION OF SUCH EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY; AND MAKING ITS ORDER VACATING A PORTION OF DIANA AVENUE. WHEREAS on December 28,1965, the City Council of the City of Riverside adopted Resolution No. 10429 declaring its intention to order the vacation of a portion of Diana Avenue and fixing the time and place of hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation, pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 19~l, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and acted upon by the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside and noticeof heaping said resolution was given as provided by said Street Vacation Act of 1941; and WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City Council heard and considered the evidence offered by persons interested and found, and hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that said portion of said street hereinafter ordered vacated is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, ~ItEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain that the portion of said street in the City~o~ Riverside, County of Riverside, State o2 California, described as follows: That portion of Lots 13 and 14 of Block 27 of the Lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company, as shown by map on file in Book 1, page 70 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, des- cribed as follows: Commencing at the most southerly corner of ReCord of Survey as shown by map on file in Book 48 of Records of Survey, at page 78 thereof, Records of -1-
