Zoning <br />Case <br />R-1-690 <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> -! <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> $ <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />I0 <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />3O <br /> <br />31 <br /> <br />32 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3628 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CIIAPTER 19.06 OF TIlE RIVEHSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE C-P AND P TO ZONE C-2. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />Col lows: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br /> <br />and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(a) By placing in Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial Zone, <br /> <br />tile land described as follows: <br /> <br /> Ti~at portion of Lot 16 in Block 35 of the <br />Lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company, <br />as shown by map on file in Book 1, page ?0 of Maps, <br />San Bernardino County records, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the most easterly corner of said <br />Lot 16; <br /> Thence southwesterly on the southeasterly line <br />-of said lot to a point that lies northeasterly 242 <br />feet from the most southerly corner of said Lot 16, <br />said point being thc true point of beginning; <br /> Thence northwesterly parallel with tile north- <br />easterly line of said lot 398 feet; <br /> Thence northeasterly parallel with the south- <br />easterly line of said lot, 69 feet; <br /> Thence northwesterly parallel with the north- <br />easterly line of said lot, 262 feet more or less to <br />the northwesterly line of said lot ; <br /> Thence southwesterly on the northwesterly line <br />of said lot to the northwest corner of said Lot 16; <br /> Thence southeasterly on the southwesterly <br />line of said Lot 16, 640 feet more or less to the <br />southwesterly corner of said Lot 16; <br /> Thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line <br />of said Lot 16, 242 feet morc or less to the true <br />point of beKlnning. <br /> <br /> {b) By removing from Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial <br />Zone, and Lot P, Parking Zone, the applicable portions of the <br />land described in subsection (a) above. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to tile adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the <br />Arlington Times .This ordinance .~;hall become effective on the <br />3Otb day al'~er the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
