The chemical nature of this effluent <br />affects the quality of water flowing in the receiving stream as <br />well as the quality of underground waters in the vicinity. <br /> <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board No. 8 of the <br />State of California has established limitations upon the chemical <br />content of sewage effluent discharged by the City of Riverside. <br />Said limitations being reflected by Resolution No. 57-15 attached <br />hereto, or such subsequent amendments as shall be duly adopted <br />from time to time by the Santa Aha River Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board; and <br /> <br /> The City of Riverside must regulate the flow of <br />certain wastes into its sewerage system. <br /> <br /> <br />
