WHEREAS on July 15,1969, the City Council of the City of Riverside adopted Resolution No. 11295 declaring its inten- tion to order the vacation of a portion of Paloverde Lane and fixing the time and place of hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation, pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 Of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City Council heard and considered the evidence offered by persons interested and found and hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that said portion of said street hereinafter ordered vacated is unnecessary for present or prospective public use; NOW, TIIEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain that the portion of Paloverde Lane in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows: All that portion of Paloverde Lane (variable width) as shown by Record of Survey on file in Book 44 thereof, at page 6?, records of Riverside County, California, lying northerly of the following des- cribed line: Commencing at the intersection of the center line of said Paloverde Lane with the southerly boundary line of Record of Survey on file in Book 29 thereof, at page 82, records of said County; Thence North 1° 16' 50" West along said center line 90.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 100.00 feet; Thence South 88° 43' 10" West along the radial line of said curve 20,00 feet to a point in the westerly line of said Paloverde Lane, said point also being the beginning of a tangent curve tangent to said westerly line; Thence northwesterly along said curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 80.00 feet, an arc length of 0.79 feet through a central angle of 0 34' 0~" to the true point of beginning;
