AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CttAPTER 19.06 OF TIlE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAl, CODE BY ZONING CERTAIN LAND IN ZONES RA, R-3, C-2, MP AND O. Riverside Annexation No. 35 - Sycamore Annexation No. 1 (LAFCO No. 68-46-5) Tile City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are ame~]ded as follows: (a) By placing the land shown on the plat attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", in Zone RA, Residential-Agriculture Zone. Said land to be placed in tile I{A Zone is more particularly described as follows: The Southwest quarter and the Southeast quarter of tile Northwest quarter ol' Section 4; The South half of tile Norti] half, the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter, tile Nortliwest quarter of tile Northwest quarter, the West half of the Northeast quarter of tile Northwest quarter and the Westerly 1980 feet of the Nortilerly 2240 feet of tile Southwest quarter of Section 9; And the Westerly 1980 feet of tile Southwest quarter of Section 8~ all ill Township 3 South, l{an~;e 4 West, San Bernardlno Meridian.
