1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />2O <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />2~ <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />2? <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br />~0 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3639 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, GALIFORNIA, MAKING ITS FINDINGS AND <br /> DETERMINATIONS IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION OF <br /> INTENTION NO. 1130~; RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY <br /> EASEMENTS AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC CON- <br /> VENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE RESERVATION OF <br /> SUCH EASEMENTS; AND MAKING ITS ORDER VACATING <br /> WALKWAYS BETWEEN DEWEY AVENUE AND CENTRAL <br /> AVENUE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on July 22, 1969, the City Council of the City <br />of Riverside adopted Resolution No. l130q declaring its inten- <br />tion to order vacation of walkways between Dewey Avenue and <br />Central Avenue and fixing the time and place of hearing all <br />persons interested in the proposed vacation~ pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections <br />8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and HighWays <br />Code of the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and acted <br />upon by the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside and <br />notice of hearing said resolution was given as provided by said <br />Street Vacation Act of 19ql; and <br /> <br /> WREREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the C~ty Council <br />heard and considered the evidence offered by persons interested <br />and found and hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted <br />that the walkways ordered vacated are unnecessary for present or <br />prospective public use. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of RiverSide <br />does ordain that the said walkways in the City of Riverside, <br />County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots H, I, J and K of Magnolia Manor as <br /> shown by map on file in Book 23 of Maps, pages <br /> 67 and 68, Records of Riverside County,California; <br /> EXCEPTING therefrom the south 11.00 feet of <br /> said Lot H; <br /> ALSO RESERVING an easement for public utility <br /> purposes over the following described portions: <br /> The northerly 10.00 feet of the southerly <br /> 1~?.00 feet of said Lot H; <br /> The northerly 10.00 feet of the southerly <br /> 125.00 feet of said Lot I; <br /> <br /> <br />
