Pratt by deed filed for record <br />October 29, 1953, as Instrument No. 51971, in the <br />office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County; <br /> Thence North 56° 05' 36" East along the north- <br />westerly line of said parcel, 150 feet to the most <br />northerly corner thereof; <br /> Thence North 33° 53'29" West 53.08 feet, more or <br />less, to a point on the southeasterly line of that <br />certain parcel of land conveyed to Glen %{. Campbell <br />and Evelyn A. Campbell, by deed filed for record <br />October 5, 1954, as Instrument No. 51150 in the Office <br />of the County Recorder of said Riverside County; <br /> Thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line <br />of said parcel 10 feet to the most southerly corner <br />thereof; <br /> Thence North 33~ 53' 24" West along the south- <br />westerly line of said parcel, 150 feet to a point on <br />the southeasterly line of Magnolia Avenue; <br /> Thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line' <br />of Magnolia Avenue, 140 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> (b) By removing from Zone RO, Restricted Office Zone, <br />and Zone P, Parking Zone, the applicable portions of land <br /> <br />described in subsection (a) above. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The city Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in <br /> <br /> <br />
