The City CGuncil of the City of Riverside does ordain follo~.~s: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Nap which is a part thereof are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone C--3, 0eneral Commercial Zone, the land described as follows: Those portions of Lots 1 and 8 in Block 33 of tile Riverside Land and Irrigating Company as Shown by map recorded in Book 1, page 70, records of San Bernard:no County described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south- westerly line of O efferson Street with tile south- easterly line of Indiana Avenue, the true point of beginning: Thence southwesterly on the southeasterly line of Indiana Avenue 379.95 feet; Thence southeasterly parallel with the southwesterly line of Jefferson Street 785 feet; Thence northeasterly and parallel with the southeasterly line of Indiana Avenue 379.95 feet; Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of Jefferson Street 785 feet to the point of beginning: EXCEPTING those portions of Ind3ana Avenue and Auto Drive dedicated to the City of Riverside (b) By removing from Zone R-1-65, Single Family Resi- dential Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once ill the :Arlington Times. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after tho date of its adoption.
