It shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> ride a horse upon improved city sidewalks, except <br /> as necessary to enter or leave adjacent property. <br /> Improved city sidewalks shall include concrete side- <br /> walks and decomposed granite sidewalks or similarly <br /> improved sidewalks. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in <br /> <br />The Press.
