1 3 Zoning Case R-15-667~ 8 9 ~0 I6 I? 19 20 ClIY A~ORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 3662 AN ORDINANCE OF TIrE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDINO CNAPTER 19.06 OF Tile RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONINO LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZOME M-1. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows :' Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone M-l, Light Manufacturing Zone, the land described as follows: That portion of Lot 14 in Block 27 of Riverside Land and Irrigating Company Lands, hs shown by map on file in Book 1 of Maps, at page 70 thereof, records of San Bernardino County, California, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 14; Thence North 56° 00' East along the' southeasterly line of said lot a distance of 441.22 feet to a point thereon; Thence at a right angle North 34° 00' West a distance of 98.94 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the State of California by Instrument No. 87251 recorded December 28, 1956, in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California; Thence South 50° 13' 04" West along said south- easterly line a distance of 38.73 feet to an angle point therein; Thence South 56© 42' 49" West along said south- easterly line a distance of 400.03 feet to an angle ' point therein; ' Thence South 50° 46' 18" West along said south- easterly line a distance of 2.70 feet, more or less, to a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 14; Thence South 34° 00' East along said south- westerly line a distance of 99.77 feet to the point of beginning. (b) By removing from Zone R-1-65, Single Family Resi- dential Zone, the land.described in subsection (a) above. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Arlington Times .This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
