3 Zoning 4 Case R-31-689§ 1§ 10 17 10 gO gO -i ORDINANCE N0, 3663 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDINO CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVEHSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONINO LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE M-1. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone M-A, Light. Manufacturing Zone, the land described as follows: The westerly 220.61 feet of the following des- cribed property, said westerly 220.61 feet being measured along the southerly line thereof: That portion o£ Lot 1~ in Blbck 27 of River- side Land and Irrigating Company Lands, as shown by map on file in Book 1, page 70 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, more parti- cularly described as follows: Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 14; Thence North 56° 00' East , along the south- easterly line of said lot, a distance of 441.22 feet to a point thereon; Thence at a right angle North 34° 00' West, a distance of 98.94 feet to a point on the south- easterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the State of California, by instrument recorded December 28,1956 as Instrument No.87251 of Official Records of Riverside County,California; Thence South 50° 13' 04" West along said south- easterly line, a distance of 38.?3 feet to an angle point therein; Thence South 56° 42' 49" West along s~id south- easterly line a distance of.400.03 feet to an angle point therein; Thence South 50° 46' 18" West along said south- easterly line a distance of 2.?0 feet, more or less, to a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 14; Thence South 34° 00' East along said southwesterly line a distance of 99.?7 feet to the point of beginning. (b) By removing from Zone R-1-65, Single Family Residential Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption o£ this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Arlington Times. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
