Zoning <br />Case 4 <br />R-99-667 <br /> <br /> 0 <br /> <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> 1§ <br /> 17 <br /> <br /> 'gO <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3665 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE R-3. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof <br /> <br />are amended as follows: <br /> <br />(a) By placing in Zone R-3, Multiple Family Resi- <br /> <br />dential Zone, the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Block 15 as shown by map on <br />file in Book 12, pages 42 to 51 inclusive of Maps, <br />Riverside County Records, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at a point on the westerly line of <br />said block which bears South 24° 0' East 100 feet <br />from the northwesterly corner thereof, said point <br />being the southwesterly corner of that certain <br />parcel of land conveyed to Myrl H. Wallevand by <br />deed recorded May 25, 1948, in Book 913, page 173 <br />Official Records; <br /> Thence South 24° 0' East along the westerly line <br />of said block 100 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> Thence North 66° 0' East 184.41 feet to a point <br />on the westerly line of the parcel of land conveyed <br />to James Mae Dougall, et ux, by deed recorded <br />November 29, 1946, in Book 803, page 234 of Official <br />Records; <br /> Thence South 18° 12' 33" Eas~ along the westerly <br />line of said parcel conveyed to Mac Dougall, 143.74 <br />feet to the southerly line of the parcel of land <br />conveyed to California Home Extension Association by <br />deed recorded June 20, 1944, in Book 630, page 352 <br />of Official Records; <br /> Thence South 66° 0'~West along said southerly <br />line 170 feet to a point on the southwesterly line <br />of said block; <br /> Thence North 24° 0' West along said southwesterly <br />line 143 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> <br /> Said property is also shown as Parcel 4 on Record <br />Of Survey on file in Book 15, page 74 of Records of <br />Survey, Riverside County Records; <br /> <br /> EXCEPTING TREREFROM the southerly 71.6 feet as <br />measured along the easterly line of Tyler Avenue the <br />northerly line of said ?16 foot parcel being parallel <br />with the southerly line of the above described parcel. <br /> <br />(b) By removing from Zone R-1-65, Single Family <br /> <br />Residential Zone, the land described in subsection (a)above. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORN IA <br /> <br /> <br />
