ORDINANCE NO. 3680 AN ORDINANCE OF Tile CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENOIN0 TITLE 19 OF THE RIVERSIOE MUNICIPAL CODE BY' ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 19.32 ESTABLISIiING A COMMERCIAL LIMITED ("CL") ZONE, AND BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 19.76.056 TO CHAPTER 19.76 RELATING TO SIONS PERMITTED Iii THE COMMERCIAL LIMITED ("GL") ZONE, AMC BY AMENDING SECTION 19.711.110 OF CHAPTER 19.71t RELATINO TO PARKINO IN THE COMMERCIAL LIMITED ("GL") ZONE. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: Title 19 of the Riverside Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Chapter 19.32 to read· as follows: CHAPTER i9.32 COMMERCIAL LIMITED ("Cb") ZONE 19.32.010 0ENERALLY. Commercial Limited. Zones ~re intended for offices, limited indoor retail commercial uses and non-highway oriented indoor commercial uses. This zone is intended to be located in pedestrian mall and drive-thru mall areas or other areas where a restrictive non-highway commercial zoning or limited commercial zoning would be appropriate. Except as specifically provided elsewhere in this title, every new use and every new building and premises or land in a CL Zone shall be used for or occupied and every building shall be erected, constructed', established, altered, maintained, moved into or within such Cb. Zone exclusively and only in accordance with the regulations set out in this chapter. 19.32.020 USES PERMITTED. All uses in a Commercial Limited Zone shall be conducted completely within a 'building (except for sidewalk cafes and restaurants). Storage shall be limited to accessory storage of commodities sold at retail on the premises. The following uses shall be permitged: 1. Administrative, pro~essional and sales office~; 2. Antique shop; 3. Art shop or art supply store; 4. Bakery, retail only, the products of which are sold only upon the premises; 5. Bank or similar financial institution'; '- 6. Barber shop; 7. Beauty shop; " 8, Bicycle shop; 9. Billiard or pool hall; " '""' 10. Book or stationery store;
