THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, MAKINO ITS ORDER VACATING AN UNNAMED STREET SHOWN ON RECORD OF SURVEY 1040 AND RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 54, PAOE 92 (STREET VACATION REQUIREMENT FOR RECORD OF SURVEY 1079). WHEREAS on March 17, 1970, the City Council of the City of Riverside adopted Resolution No. 11462 declaring its intention to order the vacation of an unnamed street shown on Record of Survey 1040 and recorded in Map Book 54, page 92 (street vacation requirement for Record o£ Survey 1079) and fixing the time and place of hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation, pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Righways Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and acted upon by the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside and notice of hearing said resolution was given as provided by said Street Vacation Act of 1941; and WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City Council heard and considered the evidence offered by persons interested and found and hereby finds from all o£ the evidence submitted that the portion of said street ordered vacated is unnecessary for present or prospective public use; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council o£ the City o£ Riverside does ordain that the said portion o£ an unnamed street shown on Record of Survey 1040 and recorded in Map Book 54, page 92 (street vacation requirement for Record of Survey 1079), in the City o£ Riverside, County o£ Riverside, State of California, described as follows: That portion o£ the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 35, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows: CiTY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA
