zoning <br />Case 5 <br />R-10-690 <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> ? <br /> <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 2O <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> <br />( <br /> <br /> 3O <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3707 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REzONING LAND FROM ZONES R-1-65 AND RO TO <br /> ZONES C-2 AND RO. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br /> and the Official zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) By placing in Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial Zone, <br /> the land des6ribed as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots 16, 17 and 18 of Block 39 of La Sierra <br /> Gardens per map book 11, pages 42 to 50 <br /> inclusive, records of Riverside County, <br /> California; and Lot 30, Tract 3872 as shown on <br /> Map Book 62, page 86, records of Riverside <br /> County, California. <br /> <br /> (b) By placing in Zone RO, Restricted Office Zone, the <br /> land described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots 30 and 31 of Tract 3792 <br /> <br /> (c) By removing from Zone R-1-65, Single Family Resi- <br /> dential Zone, and from RO, Restricted Office Zone, the appli- <br /> cable portions of the land described in subsections (a) and <br /> (b) above. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in <br /> <br />the ~lington ~mes .
