'-~ing ~ .~se 5 R-29-690 10 11 ia 10 17 18 gO 80 ORDINANCE NO. 3713 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 to ZONE R-3. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone R-3, Multiple Family Resi- dential Zone, the land described as follows: Parcel 1: That portion of Lot 13 in Block 17 of Lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company, as shown · by map on file in Book 1, page 70 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Magnolia Avenue, 263.50 feet northeasterly from the most southerly corner of said lot, said point being the intersection of said northwesterly line of Magnolia Avenue with the center line of the abandoned Lower Canal of the Riverside Water Company; Thence North 56° 0' East along said northwesterly line of Magnolia Avenue 116.50 feet; Thence North 34° 0' West 216.03 feet to the center line of the abandoned Lower Canal-of the Riverside Water Company; Thence South 17° 21' West 77.4 feet; Thence South 03° 38' East 65 feet; Thence South 14° 38' East 55 feet; Thence South 29° 21' East 60 feet to the point of beginning; said last four courses following along the center line of said abandoned Lower Canal of the Riverside Water Company. Said property is also shown on Record o£ Survey on file in Book 6, page 42 and in Book 13, page 28, respectively, of Records of Survey, records of Riverside County, California.
