2 <br /> <br />Zoning 5 <br />Case <br />~ 9-7-667 6 <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> lO <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br /> <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> <br /> 26 <br /> <br /> ~8 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3716 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE C-2. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.O6 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />(a) By placing in Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial Zone, <br /> <br />the land described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1 and a portion of Lot 2 of Block C, a portion <br />of the southerly-half of Lot C (Gramercy Place) and <br />a portion of the vacated northeasterly 40.00 feet of <br />Holden Avenue, now known as La Sierra Avenue of <br />Holden Avenue Tract, as per map recorded in Book ll,' <br />at pages 67 to 69 of Maps, in the office of the <br />Comity Recorder of the County of Riverside, California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 1; <br />Thence North 23° 13' 30" West, parallel with the <br />center line of Holden Avenue, now known as La Sierra <br />Avenue, and along the northwesterly prolongation of <br />the southwesterly line of said Lot l, a distance of <br />25.01 feet to a point on the centerline of Gramercy <br />Place (Lot C); <br /> Thence North 65° 32! 00" East along said center <br />line, a distance of 259.99 feet to a point thereon; <br /> Thence South 23° 13' 30" East and parallel with <br />said center line of Holden Avenue, now known as La <br />Sierra ^venue, a distance of 259.72 feet to a <br />point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 21 <br /> Thenc'e South 65~ 32'00" W~st along said south- <br />easterly line of said LOt 2 and along the southeasterly <br />line of said LOt 1 and its southwesterly prolongation,- <br />a distance of 300.00 feet to a point on the south- <br />westerly line of the vacated northwesterly ~0.00 <br />feet of Holden Avenue, now known as La Sierra Avenue; <br /> Thence North 23° 13' 30" West along said south- <br />westerly line of said vacated northeasterly 40.00 <br />feet, a distance of 234.71 feet to an intersection <br />with the southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly <br />line of said Lot 1; <br /> Thence North 65° 32' 00" East along said south~ <br />westerly prolongation, a distance of 40.01 feet to the <br />point of beginning; <br /> EXCEPTING that dedicated 25 foot portion of <br /> Gramercy Place (Co.Res.Bk 1392,p.298 8-1~-52). <br /> <br />(b) By removing from Zone R-1-65, Single Family Residential <br /> <br />C:[T'Y' Ai-I'OR N £Y <br />RiVER~,IDIr <br />CAL.IFORHIA <br /> <br /> <br />
