Zoning Ise n-23-689 6 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 115 17 18 19 20 24 ORDINANCE NO. 3?23 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVER3IDE, CALIFORNIA, A~ENDIND CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONIND LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES C-2 AND P. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as Follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 o£ the Riverside Municipal Code and the O£Ficia~ Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended as Follows: (a) By placing in Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial Zone, the land described as Follows: Lot 1 and the northerly rectangular one-half o£ Lot 8 in Block 36 of the lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company as shown by map in Book 1, Page 70 of Maps or Riverside County Records excepting therefrom the northwesterly 200 Feet of Lot 1 and the southwesterly rectangular 63 Feet of Lots 1 and 8. (b) By placing in Zone P, Parking Zone, the land described as Follows: The southwesterly rectangular 63 Feet of Lot 1 and the northerly rectangular one-half of Lot 8 in Block 36 of the lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company as shown by map in Book 1, Page 70 o£ Maps of Riverside County Hecords excepting therefrom the northwesterly 200 Feet of Lot 1. (c) By removing from Zone H-1-65, Single Family Residential Zone, the land described in subsections (a) and (b) above. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the ArlingtonTlmes. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption. ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor .and attested by the City Clerk~his~ 14th of July, 1970.
