Zoning Case 9-690 6 ? 8 9 10 11 13 15 17 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3733 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, .CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL .3 CODE BY REZONIN0 LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE R-2. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are' amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone R-2, ~qo-Family Residential Zone, the land described as follows: ~e Southeasterly 71.6 feet of the North- westerly 36q.~2 feet of the Southeasterly 5'.38 acres of Lot 8 in Block 25 of the Village of Arlington, as shown by map recorded in Book 1, page 62 of Maps, San Bernardino County Records; the NorthwEsterly line of said 5.38 acres being parallel with the Southeasterly line of Magnolia Avenue; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southwesterly 155.00 feet. 18 ALSO EXCEPT the interest of the City o£ Riverside in the Northeasterly 30.00 feet in 19 Wilbur Street. 20 Said land is shown as Parcel 21 on a map filed in Book 3~ page 96 of Record of Survey 21 in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside County. 22 23 (b) By removing from zone R-1-65, Single-Family 24 Residential Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. 25 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the 26 adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once 27 in the Arlin~on ~mes.
