2 <br /> <br />Zonin~ 5 <br /> <br />~'{-~):)-69o 6 <br /> ? <br /> <br /> 9~ <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> l? <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 21 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> '32 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3735 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE H-3. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br />and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) By placing in Zone R-3, Multiple-Family Residential <br />Zone, the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Lot 1 in Block 23 of the LANDS <br />OF RIVERSIDE LAND AND IRRIGATING 'COMPANY, as shown <br />by map on file in Book 1 page 70 of Maps, Records <br />of San Bernardino County, California, described as <br />follows: <br /> BEOINNINO at a point on the northwesterly line <br />of said Lot 1, distant southwesterly thereon, 102 <br />feet from the most northerly corner thereof; <br /> Thence continuing'southwesterl¥ along said <br />northwesterly line, 100 feet; <br /> Thence southeasterly and parallel with the <br />northeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 42 <br />feet to the most southerly corner of the land <br />described as parcel 1 in deed to the City of Riverside <br />by deed recorded February 11, 1965 in Book 3923 page <br />405 of Official Records of Riverside County, California; <br />thence continuing southeasterly along'said parallel <br />line, 173 feet to the true point of beginning; <br /> Thence continuing southeasterly along'said parallel <br />line, 107.50 feet; <br /> Thence northeasterly and parallel with the north- - <br />westerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 198 feet to <br />the southwesterly line of the land described as parcel <br />2 in deed to the City of Riverside; <br /> Thence northwesterly along said southwesterly <br />line, 107.50 feet to the northerly boundary of the <br />land described in deed to Albert William Nelson, et al., <br />by deed recorded September 24, 1947 in B6ok 866 page <br />334 of 0ffielal Records of Riverside County; <br /> Thence southwesterly along said northeasteriy line <br />and the southwesterly prolongation thereof, 198 feet <br />to the true point of beginning.' <br /> <br />(b) By removing from Zone R-1-65, Single-Family <br />Residential Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall'certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in <br /> <br />RiV~D~ <br /> <br /> <br />
