Upon completion <br />of the work mentioned ill Section 3.32.020 the fi:lance <br />director shall compute the amount of money advanced by <br />the city to cover tile costs' involved. In order to <br />fully reimburse tile city for funds advanced, additional <br />street lighting charges in the amounts hereinafter <br />specified shall be charged occupants of the zone until <br />the city has been fully reimbursed. Said reimbursements <br />shall include both principal and interest on any bonds <br />or other loans incurred by tile city to pay the initial <br />costs. <br /> <br /> The director of public utilities shall exempt <br />any occupants of buildings where the occupant, owner <br />or predecessor in interest ha~ been assessed or has <br />paid for street lights to be installed in the street <br />abutting the building or area served by the meter. <br />This provision shall not apply when the assessment <br />or charge was used for installation of lights that <br />are now inadequate and are now to be replaced with <br />adequate lighting. <br /> <br /> Upon completion of the work, the public utilities <br />director shall place tile following charges on the <br />occupants of each building responsible for payment of <br />the electrical bill, in accordance with the type of <br />electric meter ser%:icing each building. Said charges <br />,~hall be as follows and shall be paid u:~til such time <br />as the city has been fully reimbursed for its initial <br />advancement of funds: <br /> <br /> (a) When new ornamental street lights are <br />installed: <br /> <br /> (1) Res~dential meters, apartment 'house <br />meters, and commercial account block ruCe <br />meters, 50~ per month; <br /> (2) Each meter in a duplex, triplex, or <br />fourplex, 50,~. per month; <br /> (~) All other apartment: meters, 20~ per <br />month; · <br /> ' (4) Commercial account demand rate A <br />meters, $]..60 per month; <br />(5) Industrial and commercJ, aI account <br />demand rate B meters, $5,00 times the number . <br /> <br /> <br />
