2 <br /> <br />Zoning 5 <br />Case <br />~ ;6-69o 6 <br /> <br /> ? <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> 10 <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> 13 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3740 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA,' <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY PLACINO LAND IN THE D - DESIGN REVIEW <br /> COMBINING ZONE. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside'does ordain <br /> <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> SeCtion 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> <br /> Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> amended as follows: <br /> <br /> By combining with the zones existing on the following <br /> described land the D - Design Revtew~Combintng Zone: <br /> <br /> Blocks 6 and ? in Ranges 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and <br /> 8 of the TOWN OF RIVERSIDE as shown by map on <br /> file in Book 7, Page 17 of Maps, Records of San <br /> Bernardino County, California. <br /> <br /> Block 8 in Ranges 3, ~, 5, 6 and 7 of the <br /> TOWN OF RIVERSIDE as shown by map on file in Book <br /> 7, Page 17 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino <br />16 County, California. <br /> <br />17 Block 1 and Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 4 of <br /> WHITTIER SUBDIVISION'as shown by map on file in <br />18 Book 3, Page 8 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino <br /> County, California. <br />i9 <br /> EXCEPTING any part lying within the right of <br />20 way of the Riverside Freeway. <br /> <br /> 21 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> 22 of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Arlington <br /> <br />23 Times.
