Zoning 5 <br />C~se <br />1~< 'I- 7 01 6 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> <br />15 <br />16 <br />l? <br /> <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />211 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />3O <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3755 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDINO CHAPTER 19.06 OF' THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE C-2 TO ZONE C-2 - <br /> DESIGN REVIEW COMBININO (."D") ZONE. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) By placing in Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial <br />Zone, and establishing a Design Review.Combining Zone, the <br />land described as follows: <br /> <br /> The southeasterly 290 feet of Lots 13 and <br /> ~1;! in Block 35 and Lots 5, 6, 11 and 12 in <br /> Blocks ~2 and ;$5 of the Riverside Land and <br /> Irrigation Company. Lots ?, 8 and 9 in Blocks <br /> ~, 51 and 5~ of La Sierra Gardens as shown by map <br /> in book 11, pages ~2 through 50, Records of <br /> Riverside County, California. Lots 1, 2, 25, <br /> 26,' 27 and 28 of Arlington Oardens as shown by <br /> map in book .!~I, page 8~, Reco?ds o£ Riverside <br /> County, California. <br /> <br /> (b) By removing from Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial <br />Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the <br /> <br />Arlington Times.
