I FORNI A <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3766 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF TilE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, cALIFORnIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES P <br />AND RO - DESIGN REVIEW COMBINING ("D") ZONE. <br /> <br />The city Council of the City of Riverside does ordain <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) By placing in Zone P, Parking Zone, and estab- <br />lishing a Design Review Combining Zone, the land described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Lot 5 of the Resubdivision <br />of E1 Padre Rancho, as shown by Map on file in <br />Book 9 page 72 of Maps, Riverside County Records, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of <br />said Lot 5; thence Southwesterly along the <br />Southeasterly line of said Lot 5, 164.61 feet; <br />thence at righ~ angles, Northwesterly and <br />parallel with the Southwesterly line of said <br />Lot 5, 109.7 feet to the North line of said <br />Lot 5; thence Easterly, along the Northerly <br />line of said Lot 5, 197.81 feet to a point of <br />beginning; <br /> <br /> Excepting therefrom that portion thereof <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the most Easterly corner of <br />said Lot 5; thence South 89° 41' West, along <br />the Northerly line of said Lot 5, 25 feet; <br />thence at a right angle to said Northerly Lot <br />line, South 00° 19' East,' 16.66 fe~t to the <br />Northwesterly line of an alley, 15 feet in <br />width, which point is also on the Southeasterly <br />line of said Lot 5; thence North 56° 00' East, <br />along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 5, <br />30.04 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> <br /> Also excepting therefrom that portion in <br />Arlington Avenue, as widened. <br /> <br />(b) By placing in Zone Re, Restricted Office Zone, <br /> <br />and establishing a Design Review Combining Zone, and land <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
