I FORNI A ORDINANCE NO. 3766 AN ORDINANCE OF TilE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, cALIFORnIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES P AND RO - DESIGN REVIEW COMBINING ("D") ZONE. The city Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone P, Parking Zone, and estab- lishing a Design Review Combining Zone, the land described as follows: That portion of Lot 5 of the Resubdivision of E1 Padre Rancho, as shown by Map on file in Book 9 page 72 of Maps, Riverside County Records, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 5; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 5, 164.61 feet; thence at righ~ angles, Northwesterly and parallel with the Southwesterly line of said Lot 5, 109.7 feet to the North line of said Lot 5; thence Easterly, along the Northerly line of said Lot 5, 197.81 feet to a point of beginning; Excepting therefrom that portion thereof described as follows: Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 5; thence South 89° 41' West, along the Northerly line of said Lot 5, 25 feet; thence at a right angle to said Northerly Lot line, South 00° 19' East,' 16.66 fe~t to the Northwesterly line of an alley, 15 feet in width, which point is also on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 5; thence North 56° 00' East, along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 5, 30.04 feet to the point of beginning; Also excepting therefrom that portion in Arlington Avenue, as widened. (b) By placing in Zone Re, Restricted Office Zone, and establishing a Design Review Combining Zone, and land described as follows:
