OIl GRANT DEED ])x - 1479 For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, a California charter city, (the "Graator"), hereby grants and conveys to UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the "Grantee"), fee title to that certain real property ("Exchange Pan::elj commonly known as Assessor's Pan::el Numbers 187-23~ 187-230-003 and 187-230-004 located within the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, as more particularly described in the lepI description attached as Exhibit "A", and as depicted on the diagram attached as Exhibit "8", and incorporated herein by reference. This grant is made on the express condition, and the Onmtee herein covenants by and for itself and it successors and assigns, and all persons claiming under or through them, that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation o( any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, handicap, sex, marital status, national origin or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the land bereiB conveyed, nor shall the Grantee itself or any person claiming under or through it, establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees in the land herein conveyed.
