Such price signs shall indicate or show <br />the measurement unit being used." <br /> <br />Section 2: Chapter 5.64 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section 5~64~035 to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"5.64~035 Notwithstanding the proVisions Of Sections <br />5.64~010 and 5.64.020 above, no person shali be required <br />to post more than one price of each grade of gasoline <br />in accordance with the provisions Of said sections~" <br /> <br />Section 3: Chapter 5.64 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section 5.64.060 to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"5.64.060 An exemption in whole or in part from the <br />provisions of Sections 5.64.010 and 5.64.020 may be <br />granted by the Public Works Director upon a finding <br />that the required sign or signs cannot be placed on <br />the property as required without causing a traffic <br />hazard on an abutting or adjacent street. Th~ denial <br />of an exemption by the PUblic Works Director may be <br />appealed to the City CoUncil within 15 days of the <br />decision.
