T~' ~i~ 0~ ~iVE~iD~CALiFO~NiA~ <br />AMENDING'~HAp~:'ig~06 OF ~hE ~ivkR~ib~ R0~i~AL <br />CODE BY REZONiNO LAND FROM ZONES R-i-65 AND C-3 TO <br />ZONE R-3-20-S-2. <br /> <br /> The City Co~hcii of the ci(¥ of Rivekslde d0es ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> se~ibh ~ chapter i~06 0f ~he RiVerside M0nici~ai <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) By placing in Zone R-3-20-S-2, Multiple-Family <br />Residential and Two StorY Height of Buiidihgs combinin9 Zone, <br />the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel 3 of TentatiVe Parcel Map No.. 9587, <br /> being a'po~tion of Lots 1, 2, 7, 8 Of Block i6, <br /> Lands of Riverside Land and Irrigation Company <br /> as recorded in Book 1, page 70, Records of San <br /> Bernardino County, California. <br /> <br /> (b) By removing from Zones R-1-65, Single-Family <br />Residential Zone, and C-3, General Commercial Zone, the <br />land described in subsection (b) above. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause i~ to be published once in The <br />Riverside Community News.
