II~ <br />WHER~S by ordinance No. 4636 adopted JanUary 16, 1979, <br />the c~y council es~abilshed a ilm~ted residential seWer <br />moratorium and an aiiocaCion system for ~he remaining sewer <br />capacxty; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS by Osdlnance No. 465i adopted March 6, i979, <br />Ordinance No. 4636 was amended by adding ~hereto a new Section <br />3.5 ~o prohibit the filing of appllca~ions for residential <br />development permits for certain projecEs proposing connection <br />to the City's sewer syst~ as the applications for such <br />p~ojects already filed exceeded the remaining sewer capacity <br />of the City; and <br /> <br /> WHE~AS on JanQa~y 22, 1980, ~he city Council heard <br />testimony and evidence relating Co the Priority p~ocessing <br />schedule for residential development permits established b~ <br />the City Council during 1978 relating to the implementation <br />of the ordinance establishing the residential permit process; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the city Council hereby finds that On Septe~er 5, <br />1978 it approved a Revised Priority Processing Schedule for <br />Residential Development Permits which categorized various types <br />of projects and the dates on which residential development <br />permit applications therefor could be filed; and <br /> <br /> WHE~AS GroUp II ~f said Revised Priority Processing <br />Schedule for Residential Development Permits included those <br /> <br />CITY A~'TORNEY <br /> <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
