REZONiNG LAND FROM ZONE R-2 TO ~O~E M-l, The City CoUncil Of the City of'Riverside does ordain as foiiows~ Sedtion i~ chapter 19;06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning ~ap which is a part thereof a~e amended as foliows: (a) By placing in zone M-l, Light Manufacturlng Zone, the land described as folloWs: Parcel 1: That portion of Lots 48 and 49 of the Lands of the Southern California Colony Association, as shown by map on file in Book 7, page 3 of Maps~ records of San Bernardino CoUnty, California, particularly described as folidwsl Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Russell Street, 10 rods Westerly from the intersec- tion of said northerly line with the easterly line of said Lot 49; Thence Westerly~, along the northerly line of Russell Street, 38 rods; Thence at a right angle northerly~ parallel with the easterly line of said Lot 48, 40 rods, to the northerly line of said Lot 48; Thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lots 48 and 49, 38 rods; Thence at a right angle southerly parallel With the easterly line of said Lot 49, 40 rods, to the point of beginning; Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded April 5, 1957 in Book 2067, Page 220, Official Records.
