E., in 1886, which Map is of record in the 0ffi~e of the county Recorder of the county of San Bernardino in Book 6, page 44 of Maps. EXcepting therefrom that portion located within the "WC" (Water CoUrse) Zone as established, by Ordinance 3912, adopted April 18, 1972, as shown on sheet 3 of attachments thereof.~ (b) By remoVing from Zone R-3, MUltiple Family Residen- rial Zone, the land described in subsection (a) above. Section 2: Ordinance No. 4850 of the city of Riverside is hereby repealed. Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published once in Riverside~s Weekly Reader.
