Munlempal Code and the official Zoning Map which is a Pa~t thereof are amended as foilows: (a) By placing in zone RO-s-i-, Restricted 0fflee and Single Story }{eight of BUildings Combining zone, the land described as foiloWsi That portion of Lots ~8 ahd 19 in Block 3 of -ORANGE ACRES, as shown by Map on file in Book 13, page 7 Of Maps, Records of Riverside CoUnty, California, described as foiio~s: BEGINNING at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 18~ THENCE N0r~hwesteriy, On the Northeasterly lines of Lots 18 and 19, to the most Northerly corner of. Lot i9; THENCE SoUthwesterly, on the Northwesterly lihe . of Lot 19, 95 feet; THENCE SoUtheasterly, parallel Wi~h the North- easterly lines of said Lots 18 and 19, to a point On the SoRtheasteriy line of said Lot i8~ THENCE Northeasterly, on the Southeasterly line of Lot 18, to the point of beginning.
